حرف ملتے ہیں تو لفظ بنتے ہیں لفظ ملتے ہیں تو عبارت بنتی ہے۔ ہر عبارت ایک کہانی کے قفس میں قید ہوتی ہے۔ اور ہر کہانی کسی نہ کسی جذبے کی ترجمانی کر رہی ہوتی ہے۔ بعض جذبے ٹھوکروں کی شدت برداشت نہیں کر پاتے اور گہری چوٹ کے باعث مدفن ہو جاتے ہیں ۔ جبکہ بعض جذبے چوٹ کی شدت کو سہہ کر ایسے کندن بنتے ہیں کہ دنیا انہیں کبھی نہیں بھلا سکتی۔

یہ عبارات کبھی کبھار ہمیں گہری چوٹ پہنچاتی ہیں۔ زندگی میں کئی بار ہمیں مواقع آتے ہیں جب ہمارے جذبات بہت زیادہ تشدد سے ظاہر ہوتے ہیں اور ہم اپنی چوٹوں کو سہنے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں۔ یہ چوٹیں ہمیں مضبوطی اور استقامت کی طرف بڑھنے کی سوجھتی ہیں اور ہمیں یہ یقین دلاتی ہیں کہ ہم کسی بھی مشکل کو پاس سکتے ہیں۔
مگر یہ اہم ہے کہ ہم اپنے جذبات کو صحیح طریقے سے اظہار کریں تاکہ ہمیں اپنی زندگی کو بہتری کی طرف بڑھنے کا موقع ملے۔ اگر ہم اپنے جذبات کو دبا دیں یا ان کو نظر انداز کر دیں تو وہ اکٹھے ہو کر ایک جذباتی بم کی طرح ہمارے دل کو دکھاتے ہیں اور ہمیں تکلیف پہنچاتے ہیں۔

In various situations, our emotions and feelings play a significant role in our expressions. Verbal language provides us with a way to convey our own story to others. The presentation of a phrase is the beginning of a story that can unfold at different moments in our lives.
Each phrase is trapped within the confines of a story. These phrases express the language of our emotions and desires, serving as a means to convey them to others. The value of phrases is realized when we use them correctly, enabling us to speak from the heart and also giving others the opportunity to respect our emotions and desires.
These phrases sometimes inflict deep wounds on us. Life presents us with occasions when our emotions are strongly pronounced, and we try to bear our wounds. These wounds suggest strength and resilience and instill in us the belief that we can overcome any difficulty.
However, it is important that we express our emotions correctly so that we can find opportunities for improvement in our lives. If we suppress or ignore our emotions, they gather like an emotional bomb and explode, causing us pain.
